Pressure vessels and air receivers exported to Russia needs GOST
certification.
GOST-R is a form of Russian national technical and quality standards
that protects Russian Health and safety by stopping poorly made and
dangerous pressure vessels and air receivers from getting into Russia.
A GOST-R Certificate of Conformity is required for customs clearance of
Pressure Vessels into Russia - this
is normally asked for at the time of shipment.
GOST-R Certificate of Conformity is issued in the name of the
manufacturer and contain products names and model numbers.
A range of different Pressure Vessels or Several vessels of the same
size may be grouped on one certificate - they would have the same tariff
code.
The GOST-R sign, a.k.a. Mark of Conformity may be affixed to certified
products to demonstrate the GOST-certified status.
