Surge Vessel - Mostly PD5500 Cat II & III -  CE marked (where applicable) also ASME and PED compliant.

Materials:

Surge Vessels built with Carbon Steel: P265GH (BS1501-151-430A), P355LT (BS1501-224-490B) (Low Temperature).

Working Pressure:

To suit your system design - Surge vessel design pressures modified accordingly.

Finish:

Internal DWI approved finishes possible in surge vessel e..g. Copon Hycote, Resicoat , Leighs Waterline P300 etc. or we can meet the demands of many paint specifications with our in house blasting to SA2.5 and painting, specialist finishes are subcontracted to a number of tried and tested painting contractors.

Connections:

Inlets & Outlets, Manholes up to 900NB, level gauges, Relief valves, Pressure gauges, drains etc can all be built and positioned as best to suit your surge vessel application.
