Chilled water buffer vessels

These chilled water buffer vessels tanks increase the capacity of a chilled water system in for example the cooling system or air conditioning system in a large building
This has the effect of stabilising the the return water temperature.
As a result of this, the large store of cool water means the compressor or cooler doesn’t have to cycle so often.
Abbott and co manufacture a range of chilled water buffer vessels both vertical chilled water vessels and horizontal chilled water vessels and with or without baffles.

Frequently these chilled water buffer vessels are built to the requirements of the site, they may be insulated with rockwool.
